House Margarete is located not far from Fischer Strand, set back one block from the beach. It’s just a few metres’ walk to the boardwalk and the beach. The centre of Heringsdorf and the pier, with its wide variety of shopping options and restaurants, are just a few minutes’ walk away. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the basement (steep spiral staircase).

This 65-square-meter, modernly furnished 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor and features a northeast-facing balcony. Depending on the season, you may catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea from here. The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa set and a separate dining area for 4 people. A flat-screen TV and radio/CD player are, of course, included. The kitchenette—which includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave—is open and integrated into the living area. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe; the smaller one has two single beds (90 x 200), a wardrobe, and an additional flat-screen TV. The naturally lit bathroom features a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. The basement houses a washing machine/dryer and a storage area for bicycles (accessible via a steep spiral staircase).
