The fine-sand beach and the picturesque Schloonsee are just a few steps away. On the spacious property, next to the Neue Villa Ernst, stands the lovingly restored “Villa Ernst,” built in 1908 by the well-known publisher Georg Ernst.

This 46-square-meter, two-room ground-floor apartment is suitable for two adults and two children. It is comfortably furnished and features a south/west-facing terrace. The living room features a cosy sitting area that also serves as a sleeping area for up to 2 people (sleeping surface 150 x 190), as well as a TV, radio, and CD and DVD players. The dining area for 4 people and the fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, etc.—are also integrated into the living room.
