The separate kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed evenings of cooking, so you can easily prepare your own meals. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, ensuring a pleasant start to your day. Surrounding the house, the lush garden with a patio, grill, and fire pit invites you to linger—whether it’s for breakfast in the fresh air, a cosy evening, or baking bread on a stick over the fire. Kids will love the little snack corner, as the garden is home to raspberries, apples, currants, and plums—all of which are free to pick and enjoy. A garden shed with an adjacent fire pit offers additional space to relax or play. A lockable room is available for bicycles, and a washing machine in the utility room can also be used free of charge. The rooms are lovingly furnished and practically laid out, perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200), while the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 each). In the living area, a cosy sleeper sofa (190x125) provides additional sleeping space. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. Firewood is provided free of charge by the owner. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave. You’ll find everything you need here to cook and enjoy meals together. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and natural light. In the utility room, a washing machine is available for your use free of charge—convenient, especially for longer stays or family holidays with children. The living room opens directly onto the sunny patio, which features seating, a patio umbrella, a grill, and a fire pit—the ideal spot for long summer evenings in the garden.
