Das Haus sowie die Innenausstattung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist "gut erhalten" und funktioniert gut. Die Zufahrt sowie die Parkmöglichkeit sind nur etwas für geübte Fahrer. (besonders bei nasser Strasse) Einmal oben angekommen wird man jedoch durch die grandiose Aussicht belohnt die wirklich wunderschön ist, und die auch den stattlichen Preis (in Bezug auf die Innenausstattung) völlig rechtfertig. Leider hatten wir das Pech das während unserer Anwesenheit (2 Wochen) die ansonsten herrschende Ruhe täglich durch mehrstündigen Helikopter Lärm gestört wurde. Gespräche vor Ort ergaben das in der ziemlich bergigen Region halt immer mehr Arbeiten und Transporte durch Helikopter erledigt werden.
