Welcome to this charming holiday home on the sunny hillside between Ascona and Brissago – ideal for couples, small families and anyone looking to enjoy peace, nature and beautiful views of Lake Maggiore.

The 3½-room house can accommodate up to 4 guests and enjoys a peaceful, sunny hillside setting. From several areas of the property, you can take in impressive panoramic views of Lake Maggiore, the Brissago Islands and the surrounding mountains.

The living and sleeping areas are arranged over two levels. On the upper floor, the spacious living room features a comfortable seating area and fireplace, creating a welcoming place to relax. Wi-Fi is also available. From here, you have direct access to the lake-facing terrace – a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the views.

The kitchen is located on the same level. Next to it is a lake-facing balcony with sun loungers. A further planted terrace at the side of the house, furnished with a table and chairs, provides another pleasant outdoor space for enjoying meals or quiet moments in the fresh air.

An internal staircase leads to the lower floor, where the two bedrooms and bathroom are located. The main bedroom features a double bed and offers direct access to the green outdoor area. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed suitable for up to 2 guests.

The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet and separate shower. A private washing machine is located directly next to the bathroom. Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The property can be reached by car up to a point just below the house. From there, approximately 30 steps and an external gate lead to the entrance. This access should be taken into consideration by guests with limited mobility.

Shops are approximately 500 metres away. The lakeside bathing area in Porto Ronco can be reached within around one kilometre, while Brissago, with its promenade and large lido, is approximately 5 kilometres away. Pets are not permitted at the property.
