On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a cosy sofa nook, a flat-screen TV, and a modern Bluetooth internet radio—perfect for relaxing evenings. The adjoining dining area seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher makes your stay even more convenient.
Two separate bedrooms upstairs ensure a restful night’s sleep: One room is furnished with a double bed and its own TV, while the second has two single beds—ideal for children or friends. The bathroom on the ground floor features a spacious, walk-in shower.
The two furnished terraces are particularly noteworthy: One faces the fields—separate and pleasantly secluded. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet, read undisturbed, have breakfast, or simply wind down at the end of the day. The second terrace also offers seating and is perfect for sunbathing or barbecuing.
A private, lockable shed with a charging station is available for any bicycles you bring (including e-bikes). A private parking space is located right next to the house, and Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the house and can be used for a fee.
Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach the beach with its large children’s playground, the popular Aqua Mundo swimming pool at Centre Parcs, as well as shopping and restaurants, either on foot or by bike. The nearest bus stop is also just a few minutes’ walk away—ideal for trips to Burhave, Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven, or even the offshore island of Heligoland. The holiday rental is located in the popular resort town of Tossens, just a few minutes’ walk from the dike and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and numerous recreational activities, such as Aqua Mundo at Centre Parcs or the beach with its large children’s playground. The modern bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. It features light-colored tiles and is very well-maintained. A washing machine is also available—ideal for longer stays or families with children.

Description of the outdoor area:
You have access to two beautiful terraces—depending on the sun’s position, you can choose between morning sun with a view of the fields or cosy evening sun in the courtyard. Garden furniture is available on both terraces. The property is in a quiet, well-maintained, and family-friendly location. There is a separate storage room for bicycles with a charging station for e-bikes.
