Standard Family Room for 3 – No. 9 with Wi-Fi

All our rooms were fully renovated in 2025 and offer the following amenities: a workspace, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Bright exposure overlooking a private courtyard, with double glazing and an opening window. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and complimentary toiletries. Average area: 20 m². Bed types: 90 x 190 and 140 x 190. Bed linen and towels are included. Every room has a minibar fridge. Air conditioning is provided.



A relaxation room is also available, equipped with a sink, microwave, and toaster, with complimentary coffee.



Please note: a baby cot is available on request. For your comfort, pets are not allowed. Non-smoking property. Check-in from 2:00 p.m., check-out until 11:00 a.m. Access by key. Free parking nearby.

The owners are very nice and friendly. They here to assist if needed and are very helpful. The hotel has few rooms and it’s cosy. The location was perfect for us. We were there for a wedding and la Mairie et L eglise were 2 min walking distance . Venue was at the parc Soubise, so very easy to drive there. Parking recommended by the owner by the hotel was perfect, no challenges at all. I would definitely recommend and for sure go back. Merci a Sonia et Jerome( the owners)
