Our cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay—ideal for relaxing, exploring, and feeling at home:
Amenities

• Living room: A spacious couch that can be converted into a comfortable second bed if needed. There’s also a TV and a spacious closet.

• Bedroom: A restful night’s sleep awaits you in the comfortable box-spring bed (2x2 m). A chest of drawers and bedside lamps with USB ports provide additional comfort.

• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, and all the kitchen utensils you need for self-catering.

• Sunroom (Dining Room): The light-filled sunroom serves as a cosy dining area with a direct view of the garden and a second TV.

• Outdoor Area: Enjoy the tranquility of the small garden with seating, which is available for your exclusive use—perfect for breakfast outdoors or relaxing evenings.

• Internet: Wi-Fi is, of course, available—free and reliable.

• Bicycle garage: A secure garage is available for any bicycles you bring with you.

• Parking: Small cars can park directly in our courtyard. For all other vehicles, there is a car park at the crossroads of Zehnerstraße and Grabenstraße, only about 200 m away. There, you can park with peace of mind using a free parking ticket, which we’ll be happy to provide.

• VRM Guest Ticket: Since April 1, the VRM Guest Ticket has been available to all guests. With this ticket, you can use all bus and train services in the VRM area free of charge. Now nothing stands in the way of trips to the Ahr Valley, Koblenz, or the Loreley.


Location
The apartment is located on a quiet side street, just 100 metres from the Rhine—ideal for walks, bike rides, or simply relaxing by the water. Despite its location close to nature, shopping, restaurants, and public transport are all within easy walking distance.
The apartment is on the mezzanine level, so there are 5 steps to climb in the stairwell.
