Our property is situated in a sunny, quiet location, and both the town centre and the Rosshütte hiking and skiing area are just a few minutes’ walk away. An idyllically situated sunbathing lawn, a private playground, and garages are available. After an active day, you can relax in the heated indoor pool as well as in the Finnish or vitality sauna. The Seefeld region is situated on an open high plateau between the Wetterstein Mountains, the iconic Zugspitze, and the Karwendel Nature Park.

In winter, cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails define the landscape, but even in summer, the sun-drenched plateau delights its guests with extensive hiking trails, varied biking routes, and culinary specialities.

In summer, the five villages in our region offer countless marked hiking, biking, and climbing trails for all skill levels. Amid dense forests and lush alpine meadows, hearty Tyrolean hut specialities and freshly tapped delicacies invite weary hikers to sit down for a meal, while crystal-clear mountain lakes and sparkling mountain streams offer a welcome chance to cool off along the way.
