Lake View with 2 bedrooms:

This light-filled, 60-square-meter holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and impresses with its spaciousness and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape and the lake. It’s ideal for larger families looking for comfort and space. With a kitchen, two separate bedrooms (one of which is a living room/bedroom), a spacious bathroom, and an additional bathroom, this apartment offers relaxation for all ages and the whole family. The interior, featuring plenty of wood and carefully selected fabrics, ensures that the atmosphere remains cosy and inviting at all times.
Upon request, it is possible to expand this first-floor apartment to include an additional bedroom with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake, complete with a separate bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. Please send us a message here and specifically ask about this option.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, small external oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Bed linens, towels, tea towels, and toilet paper are provided. Please ask about beach towels, as the towels in the holiday rental are intended for indoor use only. Bed linens and towels are changed weekly. A hair dryer is also available.
The Millstatt city tourist tax is charged separately upon departure, and we ask that you pay it in cash. 



On-site costs: • Included services: The Millstätter See Inclusive Card is included in the apartment price. This card gives you access to up to 40 free holiday attractions, including: • Free admission to the most beautiful beach resorts, as well as the indoor pool (Drautalperle) in Spittal/Drau, and a 40% discount on admission to the Millstatt Bathhouse (please always check the latest terms and conditions online) • Free access via three alpine roads to the Millstätter Alpe • Participation in numerous sports and family programmes • Free train rides • Discounted rides on the Nockmobil and public transport • Cancellation and Deposit: We offer free cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival. If the accommodation cannot be re-rented after that, we will charge cancellation fees. A 25% deposit is due within 5 days of booking. The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer at least 14 days before arrival. • House Rules: • Pets: We are very dog-friendly; however, unfortunately, no other dogs are permitted on our property. • Parties and events of any kind are not permitted.
