The Property
Siesta Villa Coralline is a charming, stand alone single story villa in the serene community of Polynesian Gardens on Siesta Key. Designed as an upscale beach cottage, this tropical retreat features two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the second with two twin. Perfect for families or small groups. The villa’s tropical beach décor brings the relaxed Siesta Key atmosphere indoors while offering all the comforts of home.

Relax in the private backyard or take a dip in the large heated community pool exclusive to Polynesian Gardens residents and guests. The villa also comes fully equipped with modern conveniences including a smart TV, bedroom TVs, washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and an outdoor propane grill. Beach supplies such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, carts, and toys are provided for a seamless day on the sand.

Location & Nearby Attractions
Polynesian Gardens is a quiet, shaded community featuring well kept streets, a clubhouse, and a private dock. Villa Coralline is just steps from the dock, perfect for fishing or enjoying stunning sunsets over the water. The villa is also within walking distance to nearby beaches: Crescent Beach Access is half a mile south, while Siesta Beach is just under a mile north. The white sand shoreline stretches from Point of Rocks to Siesta Beach Pavilion and all the way to Siesta Village.
