Welcome to our newly renovated attic apartment, approximately 54 square metres in size—modernly furnished, flooded with natural light, and functionally equipped. Studio lb 11 is located on the top floor of a two-family home in a central part of town on Lauterburger Straße—behind the house, you’ll find a view of the greenery. Thanks to modern windows, the apartment remains pleasantly quiet, allowing you to relax and unwind.

The apartment features an open-concept living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bright, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower, and a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Ideal for couples, solo travellers, or small families who want to explore the Swabian Alb or simply enjoy a little time away.

Bartholomä is a state-recognized climatic health resort on the edge of the Swabian Alb in the “Legendary Albuch”—perfect for hikes, bike rides, and excursions into nature. The A7 and A8 highways are about 20–30 minutes away.

Wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet

Wunderschöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung in der man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist so eingerichtet dass man wirklich alles hat was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir erhielten sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung auf unsere Anfrage und es wurde auf unsere individuellen Wünsche eingegangen.
