Renovated in 2014, this contemporary house is located near the owner's home, along the D960 bis road.
Ground floor: living room, lounge with fireplace, billiards (radio CD, TV, DVD), fully equipped kitchen, separate WC, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room (1 double bed), 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (5 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with WC.
Basement: games room (ping-pong, foosball, darts) with free access. Optional on request and available for an extra fee: private relaxation room (SPA, sauna, exercise bike, TV, shower).
Bed linen and towels available on request, for an extra fee. Cleaning not included, available on request, for an extra fee.
Central oil heating.
Enclosed landscaped garden of 1,000 m² (swing set, slide), 45 m² covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).
Ideal for family gatherings, holidays, or weekends with friends.
After a day at Puy du Fou or exploring nature, unwind in your private spa (jacuzzi) or enjoy a relaxing sauna session. The relaxation room (sauna, spa) is available by reservation and for an extra fee, offering a true moment of relaxation year-round.

Pros: Un week-end entre amis avec enfants parfait. La maison est suffisamment pour que parents et enfants puissent passer un moment agréable. Tout le monde a son espace de vie. L'espace jeu et spa est plus que parfait ! Un régal pour les petits et les grands ! Nous recommandons et reviendrons dès que possible. Merci pour votre accueil et disponibilité
