Listed cottage with large garden + swimming pond

Our charming, historic holiday home is idyllically situated in the midst of a large natural garden—ideal for anyone seeking relaxation, nature, and a stylish atmosphere. Recently renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. It is part of the train station complex dedicated to the Prince of Braunfels in 1920 by Kaiser, which is now defunct.

Cosy moments in the fall and winter by the fireplace and in the sunroom. A swimming pond, a sunbathing area, a hammock, and a fire pit for the warmer months.
A construction caravan by the pond houses the ***Discovery Station*** with a magnifying glass and a microscope. Here you can explore and identify different things. These are all gifts from my stepfather, who is a biologist and loves research.

The cottage is heated exclusively by the two fireplaces; usually, it’s enough to light the one on the ground floor. The bathroom has a towel warmer for basic heating. Please be sure to bring cosy, warm clothes during the cold season anyway, since it is, after all, an old house.
Our spacious natural garden is regularly maintained. The gardener may also be working on the property during your stay; since his schedule depends on natural conditions (such as the weather and plant care), his working hours are flexible.
