Welcome to our comfortable holiday rental on the quiet edge of the forest in Homburg—the perfect place for relaxation and exploration! Whether you’re visiting loved ones at the nearby university hospital, travelling in the region on business, or simply want to spend a few relaxing days in the biosphere reserve—we offer you modern and cosy accommodation.
The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family building with a total of four units, which was built in 1980. Spanning 70 m², the apartment features a bright living/dining room, a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day. Here you can enjoy the fresh air, let your gaze wander over the forest, and spend the evening in a peaceful atmosphere.
Enjoy nature on hikes and bike rides, discover culinary highlights, or explore the city on guided tours through both the city and the countryside. The city centre, with its wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, is about a 20-minute walk away, and the university hospital is about a 15-minute walk away. Public transport is right nearby, so you’ll have plenty of flexibility getting around. You’re also welcome to stay with us for longer periods—we look forward to seeing you!

Our stylish and modernly furnished holiday apartment offers plenty of space for two people to enjoy a relaxing holiday in its generous 70 m². The bright living and dining room, the cosy bedroom, the fully equipped kitchen, and the modern bathroom with a shower leave nothing to be desired. On the balcony, with its magnificent view of the countryside, you can truly unwind. This is a non-smoking apartment, and out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are unfortunately not allowed—perfect conditions for a carefree stay.



On-site costs: The rental fee must be paid by bank transfer at least 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; later cancellations will be charged at 100% of the total price. If the apartment can be rented to another guest, the rental income will be credited to you. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM; check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other times are possible by arrangement and subject to availability. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. This is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00.
