Discover the charming Villa Buqez - your perfect holiday oasis right next to the sea in Drage! This lovingly furnished accommodation offers families and couples an unforgettable holiday experience in a quiet environment with breathtaking views of the sea, pool and garden.



The villa has two cosy bedrooms with a total of three comfortable beds - including a double sofa and two queen-size beds - and offers space for up to 6 people. The modern, American kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils.



A special highlight is the generous 20 m² terrace, which invites you to relax and enjoy. The 200 m² plot features a beautiful garden with garden furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for shared barbecue evenings. Pet lovers take note: A pet is allowed by arrangement!



The location is dreamlike: Directly on the sandy beach, only 50 metres from a rocky coast and with a view of the sea. Nearby are a restaurant, supermarkets and a nature park. The next town is about 2 km away, and Zadar airport is approximately 40 km away.



The air-conditioned villa offers WiFi, central heating and a shower. Parking facilities are available. Ideal for families looking for peace, proximity to the sea and comfortable furnishings!
