Das zweite Boxspringbett wurde nicht bezogen, dafür ein getrennt stehendes Doppelbett. Völlig unverständlich, denn es wurden 4 Erwachsene, also 2 Ehepaare angemeldet. Warum wohl haben wir 2 Badezimmer gebucht? Das dazu gehörige Bett im Untergeschoss wurde nicht bezogen! Wir haben auch einen großen Bezug für das Bett reklamiert. Dies wurde zur Kenntnis genommen, aber ein großer Bettbezug für das Boxspringbett wurde nie geliefert. Die Aussage, wenn der Reinigungstrupp in der Nähe ist, bringen wir einen vorbei. Jetzt wird er nicht mehr benötigt. Ein Knopf, der defekt war, zum Öffnen des Kleiderschranks wurde auch reklamiert, aber ebenfalls nicht behoben. Ansonsten war soweit alles in Ordnung, bis auf die zwei "Kleinigkeiten" die leicht hätten behoben werden können.
