Welcome to Magnolia Breeze! To vacation in the true southern fashion, you will love this plantation-style beach home!
This Oceanside interior dog-friendly home is located minutes from the ocean access and community pool. So bring your fur baby because they deserve a vacation too! There is a golf cart provided for an easier and more relaxing way to get your beach items to the sand.
Upon entering Magnolia Breeze on the first floor you will find a tiled hallway leading into the rec room that has a TV, comfortable seating for those wanting to relax and enjoy this hang out spot. Also on this floor, you will find 2 guest rooms; both with Queen beds that share a full bath. The full size laundry area is located just inside one of these guest rooms.
The 2nd floor is the main living area, with vaulted ceilings and an open layout to the well-stocked kitchen. The dining room is located off the kitchen with plenty of seating for your family. In addition to the living room, there is also a sunroom overlooking the pool with another comfortable conversation area. There are 2 additional guest rooms on this level, both furnished with Queen beds and share a hall bath.
The 3rd floor is dedicated to the Master suite...and what a suite it is! A King bed, a full bath with a soaking tub, a separate vanity for the queen of the home, a walk-in closet with a dressing area, and a vast covered porch. In addition to this stately room is also a sitting area near the laundry room. This is definitely a unique home that you will love the instant you tour the master floor!
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be approximately a 12-15 minute walk from Magnolia Breeze or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.

Beautiful

Magnolia Breeze was so beautiful. It was huge and super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The pool was perfect size warm and beautiful. The garage had extra beach chairs and floats. Our family made so many wonderful memories at the beach this year.

Home away home -Perfection

Just rent it before someone else takes your week. We absolutely loved our stay. The beach is just a 3 minute golf cart ride away. Why even go, when you have your own private salt water pool! This place has every thing you need. The gas barbecue was used every single day! The dining room off the kitchen seats eight comfortably. Bedrooms galore! And you can eat off the floor! Book this paradise now and thank me later!

Issues

When we first arrived at Magnolia Breeze, there were a few issues. The pool had not been cleaned. The pump was broken on the pool. The gate at the top of the porch was broken off and sitting there on the deck. The screen door would not open and close and kept falling off. The shower in the master bedroom has issues being turned on and off. Some of these issues were quickly repaired others were never repaired. We will stay there again next year if the price is right. However, we would like the pool to be working on the day we arrive.

Spinnaker's Reach is a private community that caters to vacationing families! There is a community access to the sound/ ICW for all guests as well as a swimming pool a short golf cart ride away. The rental office is located in the neighborhood which makes check in and check out very easy considering once you turn right at the 1st stop light onto Coast Guard Road you are finished with traffic... the team at the office is a pleasure to work with and truly want every one of our guests to enjoy their stay. This summer they will be hosting neighborhood outdoor movie nights and sandcastle building contests for those interested, which is bound to be a great time!

We are choosing to offer our property to you through Spinnaker's Reach Realty because they are onsite and expertly maintain the property on our behalf. They are great to work with and will quickly assist if any problems arise and always do their best to be sure our home is cleaned and safe for your arrival!
