The Ziegenmeier W9.5 holiday rental is located in the "Waldsiedlung," a holiday apartment complex set on a large, park-like property. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Baltic Sea beach.

Spanning two levels, the apartment offers a total of 80 m² of living space. On the upper floor, you’ll find the cosy living room with satellite TV, a radio, and a couch, as well as a large and very well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, and dishwasher. A second refrigerator and a microwave are located in a small storage closet. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. From the living room, you can access the balcony (which gets morning sun). The large bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
A staircase leads from the living room to the apartment’s attic. Here you’ll find a living/sleeping area with two double sofa beds, two armchairs, and a TV. An additional bathroom with a shower and toilet makes the attic a nearly self-contained living space.
A fold-out baby bed and a high chair are available. Wi-Fi via hotspot
Pets are welcome by arrangement. .

The Ziegenmeier W9.5 holiday rental in the Waldsiedlung is in a very quiet location, close to the Prerow River. The North Beach is only about a 6–8-minute walk away. Nearby, you’ll find a bike rental shop, a hotel with a public spa and pool, and various restaurants.
Thanks to its location near the Darß Forest, this is a great starting point for excursions to the lighthouse and the popular West Beach (by bike, horse-drawn carriage, or the Darssbahn).
Or simply take a walk through the dune forest, which begins almost right outside the front door, across the dike to the pier (10 min) or the town centre (10 min).
