A delightful flat, very well thought out & more spacious than pictures convey. Kitchen extremely well equipped & laid out. Included oven & 4 ring hob plus equipment to make coffee every way possible. Really spacious bedroom with sitting area Inc small sofa. Bed very comfortable. Separate dining area with galley kitchen off. Balcony with seats & small table overlooking garden. All very comfortable with good natural light. Just a few minutes walk from the station, a little further to Starnbergsee & parks. We were welcomed by Thomas & Konnie. Both very friendly. Would stay again.

Wir haben einen 14-tägigen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist ein guter Startpunkt,um umliegende Ziele zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist angemessen ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Dass es jedoch keinen Fernseher gab, hat uns sehr erstaunt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Bereitstellung einer Filterkaffeemaschine! Trotz der Lage in einem Wohngebiet und in einiger Entfernung zu einer Bahnlinie kommt es nicht zu nennenswerten Lärmbelästigungen. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden!

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die großen Fenster machen alles sehr hell und luftig und der Holzofen, der zusätzlich zur Heizung betrieben werden kann, sorgt schnell für kuschelige Wärme. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles in Tutzing gut fußläufig erreichbar. Für meinen Kurzaufenthalt habe ich kein Auto gebraucht, Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen.
