The newly renovated rustic cottage offers a spectacular view of the Centovalli, making it the perfect place to relax in the heart of our Corte di Sotto farm.
It serves as a key starting point for various excursions in all directions.
The cottage is located 500 metres from the village of Rasa, accessible only by public cable car and on foot.
The house is perfect for families, couples, friends, or even solo travellers, featuring a kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds

The space
The newly renovated rustic cottage offers a great location for those looking to unplug.
The property is secluded and just 10 minutes from Rasa, situated atop our farm’s meadows.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a unique bedroom with two single beds.
On site, there is a cable car for transporting items directly from the street (Sassal/Verdasio) to the house.

Guest access
A patio with a table and chairs, a grill, and lounge chairs is available for guests.

Other things to note
Guests are asked to take the public cable car to Rasa (900 m above sea level) and walk down to the accommodation in Corte di Sotto (850 m above sea level) (about a 10-minute walk)
Equipment can be transported via our private cable car and unloaded in the Sassal area (accessible by car)
For the Rasa cable car, weekly passes are available
