Comfortably accommodates six people. Ideal for families. Outdoor activities include two tennis courts, ping pong table, two pools (one heated) with hot tub, exercise room, sand volleyball court, and a gorgeous club house ideal for private parties and events. It comes with one covered parking. Centrally located off Hwy 41, close to shopping, restaurants & golf, 12 miles from the airport, 8 miles from beach and 6 miles from downtown Fort Myers. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, full washer & dryer.
