Beautiful house, comfort, very bright, garden of 4800 m2, trees, flowers in the hills. Summer kitchen, swimming pool 10x5,50. 6 independent rooms including one in mezzanine. 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets, large living areas, several large terraces in the shade and sun that allow you to live outside. Magnificent view overlooking the water with the Sainte-Victoire mountain in the background. No vis à vis. All shops nearby. 35 km from Arles, near the Alpilles. 20 km from the Blue Coast 50km from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, large Provencal market on Tuesday. Tranquility and rest assured ... swimming in the sea at the pond or pool. Fishing, beach at 1km where you can practice paddle, kayak, windsurfing, dinghy, scooter .. Istres is a city full of beautiful places to discover for those who love the charm of Provence. Many activities during the day and evening punctuate every week of the summer. Young and old find their happiness. I do not tell you more! come and discover your next holiday destination.
