Air-conditioned vacation home on the Rennsteig with a terrace and large garden

This holiday home is not suitable for construction workers!
A beautifully situated property with a lovely bungalow (35 m²) equipped with air conditioning, surrounded by nature, featuring a separate entrance, and located in a completely quiet setting within a large garden. From here, you can set out on numerous excursions and hikes. The Rennsteig is right nearby, and the Wartburg, the Drachenschlucht, and numerous other sites in the Thuringian Forest are easily accessible on foot, by car, or by train.
The train station is also very close by.
The holiday home has air conditioning; it is brand-new, modern, and tastefully furnished with great care. It features an air conditioning unit for both heating and cooling.
A covered terrace with a view of the countryside and seating completes the comfort.
The bungalow features a living-bedroom with a large double bed, a selection of pillows, two nightstands, a pull-out dining table, and two armchairs. Towels and bed linens are provided.
The small living room features a wardrobe, a sideboard with a satellite TV, and two armchairs with a footstool and a side table. A reading lamp makes for a cosy evening of reading. Board games and informational materials are also provided.
In the small, separate kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for your holiday stay. This includes a two-burner ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, a 4-in-1 microwave, and a refrigerator with a three-star freezer compartment, as well as dishes, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies.The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a mirror cabinet, and an electric towel warmer.
A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are provided, as is an iron.
The bungalow has Wi-Fi.
A separate parking space is available for our guests on the property. Bicycles can also be parked here.
The property is in a very quiet location and offers additional seating areas, for example by the garden pond.
