These are two separate holiday apartments, each measuring 75 square metres. The apartments have been newly renovated and refurnished. Available for move-in starting in the third quarter of 2025.
The building is located on a private street with no through traffic. The location is absolutely quiet. The house is set in a garden with mature trees. Parking is available on-site.
The surrounding area:
Close to the French border. The distance to the border is only 3 km. Worthwhile destinations there include the Vauban fortifications in Bitche.
The Simserhof, one of the largest fortifications of the Maginot Line, is located near Bitche, 25 km away. Tours are available there. France’s oldest crystal manufacturer still in operation is located in Saint-Louis-les-Bitche, 30 km away. Tours are also available there.
Easily accessible premium hiking trails are located in the immediate vicinity (Altschloss Trail, Hexenklamm, Felsenwald, Eulenfels Tour). There are also other well-marked hiking trails and bike paths nearby for both leisurely and more challenging tours.
Nearby are the Cistercian monastery in Hornbach, which offers fine dining, as well as the Zweibrücken Rose Garden, one of the largest in Germany.
Swimming opportunities are available at the Plub Water Park in Pirmasens (8 km) as well as at several natural ponds (approx. 15 km).
Local amenities such as a bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, and doctors’ offices are available in town. You can dine at Pizzeria Angelo.
The Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet, with a wide variety of shopping options, is located in Zweibrücken (approx. 20 km).
In Pirmasens, there are several shoe outlets from well-known brands (Peter Kaiser, Caprice, Semler, Bugatti). The French cities of Strasbourg and Metz are within easy reach (90 and 150 km, respectively) and are well worth a visit.
Golf courses, each 20 km away, are located in Bitche and at Hitscherhof (GC-Westpfalz).

Wir hatten die Wohnung in Haus Klara im 1. OG.Alles komplett neu renoviert mit Sinn für den Charakter des Hauses. Freundlich eingerichtet. Alles da und trotzdem angenehm Platz.Gut ausgestattet in (Wohn)küche und Bad. Ruhige Lage, viel Grün ums Haus (Obstgarten).Vermieter unkompliziert, sehr freundlich. Anregungen, Wünsche waren willkommen und wurden sofort aufgegriffen.Viele Anregungen für Wanderungen, Touren in der Umgebung, oder andere Unternehmungen.Vinningen liegt günstig für viele Ausflüge.Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke im Ort. Supermarkt im Nachbarort. Stadt Pirmasens ca 10min mit dem Auto.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!Sehr gerne wieder!
