Our guest house is located in the immediate vicinity of the spa center.

Hello, or “He,” as they say on Norderney!
Our guesthouse is located right next to the spa centre. From here, you can easily reach all the island’s attractions. Shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and a bike rental shop are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

The holiday rental has a separate entrance off Winterstrasse in the Brauer Guesthouse.
Take the stairs right in the entryway to reach the living area with kitchen on the ground floor. A terrace opens directly off the living room.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
Dogs are not permitted in the holiday rental.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Eine tolle Wohnung in hervorragender Lage. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind super. Die Terrasse konnten wir wegen des Wetters leider nicht nutzen, aber sie komplettiert die Wohnung. Klare Empfehlung! Ich persönlich trinke meinen Kaffee/Tee gerne aus großen Tassen - da hätten gerne ein oder zwei mehr vorhanden sein können. Die Terrasse könnte man durch Lichterketten noch mehr aufwerten. Ansonsten: alles super! Auch die Schlüsselübergabe und der Kontakt zum Team war hervorragend. Ein dickes Dankeschön, dass wir die Wohnung am Abreisetag noch zwei Stunden länger haben konnten!

Perfekter Buchungsservice einschließlich Schlüsselübergabe durch den freundlichen Helfer, der geholfen hat unsere Koffer In den ersten Stock zu tragen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Beim Wäschepaket ein Handtuch für die Gästetoilette wäre schön. Ebenfalls vermisst haben wir Informationen z. B. über Müllentsorgung, WLAN, Radiosender und Ausflug-, und Gastronomietipps.
