Die Aussicht und die Nähe zum Strand sind traumhaft. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber und der Fahrstuhl funktioniert sehr zügig. Leider fehlt in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Bäcker. Eine Strandpromenade liegt zwischen Haus und Strand. Sehr schön ist, dass diese für alle, so auch für Radfahrer, zugelassen ist. Der Strand selbst wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.
