Detached 3-star gîte in Provencal house.

Apartment of 75 m2 for 4 people is located on the 1st floor in relation to the garden. Very nice view of the Rhône and the Ardèchoises mountains.
It includes two bedrooms with 140 beds, possibility of adding a cot and highchair. A living room with kitchenette. A bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet. Upon arrival the beds are made. I provide you, sheets, towels, kitchen towels, a condiment working capital and a cleaning kit.
Outside you have all the space, garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque court, children's playground and above-ground pool 5.5m in diameter, deckchairs, parasol.
For tourists bikers you have the place to park your car and your trailer and in a closed and secure space to park your motorcycles.
You are spoiled for choice for your walks; Montélimar and its nougat, our hilltop villages; Mirmande, Poët-Laval, the markets of Provence, the wine route and its Cotes du Rhône, L 'Ardèche and the Chauvet cave, the descent of the gorges etc ... but also a golf course, tree climbing nearby
