This modernly furnished vacation rental is located on the first floor of a historic building in the historic center of Landshut, just a 3-minute walk from the Old Town. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room/bedroom with a single bed and a sleeper sofa. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two portable air conditioners provide additional comfort. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, bed linens, towels, and a free parking space are available. An additional sleeping arrangement for two people on the sofa bed is available—please inquire if needed. The deposit is 100% of the total stay cost. Check-in is available between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out is between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Upon booking: 50% deposit; remaining balance due at least 14 days before arrival; security deposit of EUR 300.00, refunded at check-out
