Our detached house offers the perfect combination of tranquility and proximity to the attractions of the East Frisian North Sea coast.

The house has a total of 3 bedrooms:
– Two with comfortable double beds (each 1.80 x 2.00 m)
– One with two single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m)

On the ground floor, there is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a filter coffee maker and an adjacent dining area, is perfect for cooking and enjoying meals. Also on the ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the covered patio with a grill—perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors.

The spacious living area features a cosy sofa, a dining nook, and a smart TV—ideal for film nights or streaming your favourite shows. A staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which offers a beautiful, unobstructed view over the fields.

For your convenience, a washing machine, dryer, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi via Starlink are available. All windows are equipped with fly screens, and exterior shutters provide pleasant shade and a comfortable indoor climate—especially in the summer.

The house includes parking for two cars and a lockable shed for secure bicycle storage.
