Holiday Rental B03-1 is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained holiday complex in Sierksdorf on the Baltic Sea. Its location allows you to reach the fine sandy beach in just about 350 metres and enjoy a seaside holiday in any weather. The popular Hansa-Park, Germany’s only seaside theme park, is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is approximately 50 m² and can accommodate up to three people. The living area is very bright and comfortably furnished. The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with an oven, hob, and a microwave with a grill function, so you can easily prepare your own meals during your holiday. A dishwasher is located in the small storage closet. A dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals. The adjoining, covered balcony invites you to linger with its beautiful view of the surroundings and comfortable patio furniture—here you can relax, read, or simply enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm) and a large closet. The living room has a sleeper sofa (90 x 190 cm) that can accommodate one person for the night. A modern bathroom features a shower and a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.

The holiday complex offers many recreational activities: free use of the indoor pool, table tennis, a tennis court, and basketball—ideal for active relaxation and family fun. In addition, the surrounding area offers numerous activities such as boat tours, beach volleyball, mini-golf, various water sports, restaurants, and a day spa. There is a playground for children, which helps ensure a relaxing family holiday.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, you may still use the balconies during the breeding season.

There is a laundromat and a children’s playground on the premises, as well as a swimming pool located nearby.

Use of the swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included for you during your stay.

You may bring a dog for a fee, provided you register in advance.

The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room holiday apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the ground floor to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by lift or stairs. The lift goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All holiday apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of them with wonderful ocean views.

The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain usable.
