On the ground floor of our building, you’ll find two comfortable holiday apartments with sun-drenched rooms, tasteful furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious apartments, measuring 35 m² and 48 m² respectively, can accommodate 2 people. Each apartment features a bathroom with shower and toilet, a flat-screen satellite TV, a radio, a hair dryer, table linens and bed linens, and free Wi-Fi access. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a cot and high chair.

As a guest of our house, covered parking spaces are available to you.

A large, colourful flower garden surrounds our house, lovingly tended by your hosts. Behind the house, a fragrant flower meadow invites you to take leisurely walks up the Geigenbühel, which is used as a ski slope in winter. The ideal location even allows you to ski right to the Seefeld Ski School’s meeting point or the Geigenbühel ski lift.

The free ski and village bus, with a stop just a few metres away, takes you comfortably to the more challenging ski slopes of the Rosshütte mountain railways, the Gschwandtkopf lifts, or the starting point of the cross-country ski trails. In summer, you can explore wonderful hiking and biking trails right from our guesthouse.
