Atelier Holiday Rental: Your Retreat in the Countryside

Welcome to the charming Atelier holiday rental, located in the attic of a historic pump house, just a short walk from the idyllic holiday barn. Nestled in nature on the edge of the former castle park, the apartment sleeps 2 and is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Spanning approximately 25 m², the apartment features a cosy living area with a sleeper sofa and a balcony offering a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The unique clay-plastered walls give the apartment a warm, natural atmosphere.

Amenities include internet TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre optic), so you’ll be well-connected digitally. Please note that the apartment is for non-smokers only and pets are not allowed.

On the Krakower Obersee and in the “Nossentiner/Schwintzer Heide Nature Park and International Star Park” (designated by DarkSky International), lies the former Dobbin knightly estate, home to our
modern, sustainably built holiday apartments. The bedrooms were furnished in 2026 with Swiss stone pine to promote healthy and restful sleep. PGJyLz4PGJyLz4Whether easily accessible for a short getaway or perfectly suited for longer days of relaxation, nature lovers seeking peace and quiet will find their little paradise here. The holiday barn houses four apartments, each with a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. 

A special highlight is our minimalist and charmingly furnished studio apartment (25 m²) in the attic of the former pump house. It offers couples an ideal retreat in the midst of a landscape dotted with lakes.

In the entrance area of the barn is the Tenne, a cosy room with heating and a clay-lined stove. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy meals together, host small gatherings, or simply spend the evening in good company.

With great attention to detail and using historic building materials, the barn was converted into these special holiday apartments in 2019. On our property, you’ll find a lovingly designed playground, a natural garden, a rest area, a phone booth converted into a reading nook, and much more—all perfect for a holiday close to nature.

Included in the price: final cleaning, bed linens, towels, utilities (electricity, water, heat), and a parking space. Each additional parking space: 5.00 per day.

Free upon request: cot, high chair, weekly linens change.

To be paid on site: local bed tax.

Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
