Set in the former schoolteacher’s home, our house welcomes up to 10 guests—ideal for families or groups. Located in the heart of an authentic Pyrenean village, you have direct access to hiking trails of all levels without needing a car. Whether you enjoy mushroom picking, skiing, wellness, fishing, gastronomy, mountain biking, cycling, trail running, or exploring Romanesque churches, everything is within 4 km.



The house is peaceful yet close to all amenities: shops and markets (Loudenvielle 5 min, Génos 3 min, Arreau 15 min), wellness center 5 min, ski resorts 15 min. In one hour, you can reach Spain or the Néouvielle massif. Enjoy a private 800 m² garden.



The 170 m² house, recently renovated with natural materials (stone, wood, eco-friendly paints), offers spacious living areas. On the ground floor, you enter through a 25 m² laundry/workshop/mudroom—perfect for storing your gear. Then, a 75 m² open-plan area includes the kitchen, dining room, and lounge with pellet stove. A shower room with WC is at the end of the hallway.



Upstairs, a space is left open for relaxing activities (yoga, reading, singing, etc.). Two bedrooms with three beds each and a mezzanine with two beds are available. The 90x200 cm beds can be joined or separated. A travel cot is provided for babies. Two more beds are set apart by screens: one 140x190 cm bed and one 175x100 cm boat bed.



Bed linen, towels, and kitchen cloths are included. Cleaning is available for an extra charge.
