The bright and spacious bedroom, featuring a cosy sofa, has a comfortable double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm). The separate kitchen is fully equipped: You’ll find a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with built-in freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker, as well as plenty of dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and socialising. A vacuum cleaner, dustbin, and other useful household appliances are provided; however, please note that there is no dishwasher.

The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, and a window that provides plenty of natural light and ventilation. The entire apartment is equipped with modern heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season.

A special highlight is the beautiful terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and lounge chairs, inviting you to relax. Thanks to the effective privacy screens on all windows, you can enjoy both privacy and an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature.
