Die Camargue erleben ohne Clichés und Schnickschnack

Pros: Die unkomplizierten und humorvollen Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und wurden mit guten Tipps versorgt. Die kleine Stadtführung mit Richard am ersten Tag ist eine sehr gute Idee. Beim Frühstück oder Aperitif hat uns Arlette immer wieder mit leckeren selbstgemachte lokalen Spezialitäten überrascht und die heiteren Gespräche waren für uns eine gute Gelegenheit das Leben in der Region und Frankreich näher kennen zu lernen. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist sehr ruhig und die Nähe an den Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants und Hafen sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, bei den hohen Temperaturen vor allem eine effiziente und leise Klimaanlage. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist angenehm und zum wohlfühlen. Am Ende des Aufenthaltes haben wir ein anderes Bild von der Camargue bekommen und viele gute Eindrücken gewonnen und mitgenommen. Cons: Haus- und Zimmerausstattung sind immer eine persönliche Geschmacksache. Ob man nur 2 Nächte bleibt oder länger, sind die Bedürfnisse unterschiedlich. Das Zimmer finde ich, könnte insgesamt harmonischer eingerichtet sein. Vielleicht liegt aber der Charme des Hauses genau darin, dass es den Gästen in eine andere Welt und Zeit führt.
