Welcome to our modern holiday rental—an ideal place for couples on a romantic getaway or for the whole family of up to four people. The apartment features a spacious living and dining area, a cosy bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

A special highlight is our pool: It’s available for your private use and can be booked flexibly on-site upon request (€50 daily flat rate), so you can decide for yourself whether you’d like to enhance your stay with this extra. On your own terrace, you can also enjoy cosy barbecue evenings in a private atmosphere at any time.

The location could hardly be more beautiful: nestled in the Upper Bavarian countryside, you can enjoy sweeping views of the greenery, listen to birdsong, and watch deer, cows, or horses on the surrounding properties. We’d be happy to arrange horseback riding opportunities for you right in the area. Golf enthusiasts will find several courses in the immediate vicinity.

For the safety and well-being of our guests, the outdoor area is discreetly monitored by video surveillance—so you can enjoy your time off in complete relaxation.
