An outdoor whirlpool on the terrace offers a beautiful view, perfect for enjoying a sunset with a glass of champagne. An outdoor shower is also available seasonally. The activity room includes billiards/table tennis, darts, table football, a fridge, TV corner, and PlayStation 4. The house is equipped with a Sonos sound system for music enjoyment. The open-plan kitchen/living space serves as the heart of the home, with a view into the pool room. A projector is installed for viewing from all seating areas. The house is wheelchair-accessible, with one bathroom equipped for wheelchair use and outdoor ramps available upon request. The sleeping areas include two large bedrooms with a TV and double bed, one with an elevation function, and three additional bedrooms. The large, partially covered terrace features quality garden furniture, a gas barbecue, and an outdoor kitchen with a sink/fish cleaning station. The garden offers a trampoline, football area, swings, and a sandbox.
