This visually appealing, non-smoking holiday home with a bay window is centrally located in Kellenhusen. It’s just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Yet it’s in a quiet location, on a residential street with other holiday homes as well as year-round residences owned by long-time Kellenhusen residents.

Spanning 100 square metres across the ground floor and upper floor, the SOUTH/WEST holiday home offers everything up to 4 guests could wish for. 
The spacious, bright living room—featuring a comfortable sofa and armchair facing the bay window—includes an integrated dining area with four chairs. You can prepare a wide variety of meals in the separate, fully equipped kitchen. 
There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.
The upper floor is divided into two bright bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. One of the bedrooms even has a furnished balcony.
In front of the house, there is also a small terrace, which is newly furnished and invites you to relax.

Both the balcony and the terrace face south/west, which is how this new holiday home got its name. At the SÜD/WEST holiday home, you’ll find a beachfront home for your holiday where you’ll feel completely at ease.

You can conveniently park your car right in front of the house.

There is a storage area for your bicycles behind the house, out of sight.

Unfortunately, pets of any kind are not permitted in the holiday home.

Kellenhusen is a spa town. The visitor’s tax is a mandatory fee set by the municipality. It is calculated at the time of booking; the amount is due in advance along with the travel price and is subject to possible changes.

Holiday home with 2 bedrooms:

The bright, spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and armchair facing the bay window. A cosy TV armchair with a footrest invites you to relax and enjoy your holiday. With the large, internet-enabled flat-screen TV, you can watch your favourite films and TV shows even while on holiday. On cold, dreary days, the stove adds to the cosy atmosphere with its pleasant, radiating warmth. Wi-Fi is, of course, included throughout the entire house. The integrated dining area with 4 chairs is perfect for eating together or playing games. You can prepare a wide variety of meals in the separate kitchen, which features a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, and many appliances such as a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Modern kitchen accessories are provided as needed.
There is also a guest bathroom on this level.
The upper floor is divided into two bright bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Both bedrooms each feature a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and ample storage space in the built-in closets. Reading lamps, mounted on both sides of the beds, allow for uninterrupted reading pleasure. Grey interior blinds provide privacy and ensure a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom even offers access to the front, furnished balcony.

In front of the house, there is also a small terrace, which is newly furnished and invites you to relax.

You can safely store your valuables in a safe throughout your entire stay.

A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request.

Unfortunately, pets of any kind are not permitted in the holiday home.

An initial supply of special pellets for the stove is provided. Any additional pellets must be purchased from the owners. Only these pellets may be used to prevent damage to the stove.

The basement of the house is used by the owners, who live in the rear portion of the property.

The holiday home can only be booked with a final cleaning and laundry service.

We ask that you refrain from smoking in the holiday home.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
