Modern penthouse (110 m²) in Vils, Tyrol, for up to 5 guests. Stylish furnishings, high ceilings, and a large terrace with a grill and mountain views. Two bedrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a separate office.


The Accommodation

In Penthouse No. 17, you’ll find a spacious layout with plenty of natural light and mountain views.

• Living area: cosy sofa, smart TV, dining table for [number] people.
• Kitchen: fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential kitchenware.
• Bedrooms: two separate bedrooms with double beds; plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.
• Bathroom: modern bathroom with shower, bathtub, hair dryer, and towels.
• Terrace: 30 m² rooftop terrace with a grill, dining area, and unobstructed views of the Alps.

Comfort is ensured by free Wi-Fi, heated floors, and two private parking spaces right next to the house.

Guest Access

The entire penthouse is exclusively available to our guests. Two private parking spaces are located right in front of the house. Access is convenient via a private entrance. The Vils train station is just a few minutes away.

Please note: The building’s facade and garden area are not yet fully completed. Inside, however, the penthouse is modern and furnished to a high standard—so you’ll enjoy a stay with every comfort.
