Private: property 870 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 60 m, shopping centre 20 km, restaurant 11 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station 950 m, pebble beach 23 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Airfield 23 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
