The newly renovated attic apartment features 110 square metres of living space plus a balcony with a view of the beautiful Wolftal valley.
Outside, there’s also a cosy, quiet spot with seating, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill—all just for you.
The heart of the apartment is the open and spacious dining area with kitchen. With its high-quality amenities and kitchen island, it’s the perfect place to cook together and relax.
The adjoining living room features a large, comfortable couch and a 60-inch TV. Two bedrooms (one with an additional TV) with comfortable box-spring beds guarantee a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the larger bedroom has a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 190x110)
The light-filled bathroom, with its heated floors and walk-in rain shower, is another highlight.
Enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning on the covered balcony or wind down the day in the evening with a glass of wine—that’s what a holiday should be like.
