Your holiday home on the 3rd floor of Haus Berolina is suitable for up to 3 people:
- Living room/bedroom with a cosy chaise longue, sofa, TV

- A sleeping area separated from the living room with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a closet
- Separate bedroom with a single bed (100x200 cm) and a wardrobe
- Integrated, fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove and oven, dishwasher, jumbo refrigerator with a large separate freezer compartment,
raised dining area with table and chairs
- modern bathroom with shower

Swim in the on-site swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool, for the exclusive use of guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground garage and easily reach your apartment by lift.

On floors 1 through 4, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Additional amenities:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) on each of floors 1–4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT – Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
