Modern vacation apartment to relax near the beach

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in beautiful Sellin on the island of Rügen. Our quiet 57 sqm holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a view of Lake Sellin. The AHOI swimming pool is right next to the holiday complex and can be used free of charge for up to 3 hours a day. The Baltic Sea and the beautiful beach are approximately 900 m away. Shopping facilities are right outside the door. The holiday apartment has a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping area with a kitchen. A TV with 3 Sky channels and free Wi-Fi round out the excellent furnishings. Our apartment includes a parking space (entrance height 1.8 m) in the underground garage, which can be used free of charge. In the evening, you can relax and watch the sunset on the balcony at the end of the day.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Sie ist gut gelegen, eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Weg zum Strand ist akzeptabel.Zur Bushaltestelle,zum Rasenden Roland ,zur Bimmelbahn und zum Fahrradverleih sind es kurze Wege .Zu Fuß kann man gut unterwegs sein.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief reibungslos über Mail oder Telefon.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Sellin. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet, sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön war der Balkon, auf dem man den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen konnte.Die Lage ist ideal: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe, die Seebrücke, der Südstrand, der Hafen und auch der Rasende Roland sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem war es abends angenehm ruhig.Praktisch ist außerdem der dazugehörige Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage.Der Check-in verlief anfangs zwar etwas holprig, dank der schnellen und freundlichen Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter konnte das Problem aber unkompliziert gelöst werden. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
