High-quality apartment in a row house built in 2006, located in Ylläsjärvi village in the Iso-Ylläs area.

The apartment living area 54 m2 first floor + 13 m2 loft, a living room/kitchen, one bedroom with two separate 90 cm wide beds (renewed in 2025), and a loft (13 m²) with two separate 80 cm beds (renewed in 2025). The apartment also includes a sauna with an electric stove and a washroom/WC. The washroom has been recently renovated, and the living area has also been refreshed.
