The Schwalbennest holiday rental is situated in an idyllic location in the centre of Heeßen, right on the Bückeburger Aue. The extensive network of biking and hiking trails begins right outside the front door. The spa town of Bad Eilsen, with its shopping, restaurants, and historic spa park, is just a few minutes’ walk away via the idyllic Aue hiking trail.
The royal seat of Bückeburg is just a few minutes away by car. There is also a bus service. From November 29 to 08.12.2025, the “Christmas Magic” festival takes place there—a popular event attracting numerous visitors and an ideal opportunity for your stay.
The Bad Eilsen (A2) is about 2 km away

Our cosy and modern 2-room apartment awaits you in the centre of the small town of Heeßen. Spanning 60 square metres, it features a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a well-maintained bathroom.

A parking space is available free of charge at the property.
Storage and charging facilities for e-bikes are available. A sleeping arrangement for an additional child is available upon request.



On-site fees: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. A cot/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
