The idyllic Hollersbach Valley, with its clear mountain streams, waterfalls, mountain lakes, the stream nature trail, and numerous mountain huts and a refuge, is sure to make every nature lover’s heart beat faster. In winter, you can reach the 8-person gondola in Hollersbach in just a few minutes, providing convenient access to the renowned Kitzbühel–Kirchberg ski area and the Kitzbühel Alps.

The centre of Hollersbach is within easy walking distance. There you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. The house is accessible by car year-round, and pets are welcome (up to three dogs).

There are four bedrooms with double beds, as well as an additional bedroom with a single bed. A cot and a high chair are also available. Two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as a separate toilet, ensure comfort even when the house is fully occupied.

For relaxing moments after an active day in the mountains, guests have access to an infrared sauna—ideal for rejuvenating muscles and joints.

Three cable TVs and Wi-Fi throughout the house provide entertainment and connectivity for guests of all ages.
