Nice, very cozy apartment close to the beach and promenade

This very nice and cozy vacation rental in Building 1 of the 4 Jahreszeiten complex is located right on the beachfront.
Ample parking, including spaces for people with disabilities, is available right at the main entrance.
You can then reach your cozy vacation apartment via one of the two elevators.
As soon as you open the apartment door, you’ll notice the pleasant atmosphere.
From the bright, welcoming hallway, you’ll find a storage room immediately to your left, where you’ll discover everyday items such as a vacuum cleaner, a small ladder, and more. There’s also plenty of space on the shelves for your vacation groceries.
One door further on, you’ll find the bright, welcoming bathroom with a 1.20-meter-wide shower area. The modern sink is centrally located, with the toilet on the right. The bathroom also features an electric towel warmer.
Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find the small, modern built-in kitchen on the left. One room further on is the second bedroom with a large window and a cozy single bed.
The living room, featuring a large flat-screen TV, is furnished with a comfortable pull-out sofa set and a coffee table. From here, you can step out onto the large, sunny balcony, which is perfect for breakfast.
The large, renovated windows can each be darkened with electric exterior shutters.
Further in, adjacent to the living room, is the bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
You’ll rest comfortably on high-quality mattresses.
