Spacious and well-appointed, the house offers plenty of room for 6 people. The ground floor features an open-concept kitchen with a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, fridge-freezer combo, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, is perfect for cooking together. The living room features a gas fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere for evenings in the winter. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, a closet, and a small TV.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with 180x200 king-size box-spring beds, a large closet, and a TV. The spacious bathroom, featuring a built-in sauna, offers relaxation at the touch of a button.
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack, as well as a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. The property is surrounded by a dense hedge that guarantees privacy and makes the outdoor area feel cosy and secluded. The furnished patio features seating, sun loungers, a grill, and a parasol. The outdoor hot tub invites you to enjoy a wellness experience under the open sky—all year round and wonderfully relaxing. A locked storage room for bicycles is also available. The entire house has underfloor heating. Wi-Fi, two parking spaces, a high chair, and a travel cot are available free of charge. The amenities also include insect screens and roller blinds on the windows. The property has a protective hedge and a garden gate; it is not completely enclosed.
