Located in Sant Lluis, this beautiful villa with sea views offers 240 m², ideal for up to 6 guests. You will enjoy 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. The private kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals whenever you wish. Amenities include air conditioning throughout the house, Wi-Fi, private TV, washer, dryer, and step-free access both inside and outside. For families with children, 1 crib and 1 high chair are available.



Outside, you can relax in the private garden, the covered terrace, and the open terrace, all with lovely sea views. The private outdoor pool is perfect for cooling off and unwinding. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Shared parking is available for 1 vehicle. 1 pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.



The villa is in a very quiet area in the south of the island, with easy access to the sea. Spacious areas and large bedrooms create a peaceful oasis where you can relax and enjoy the sea views.
