Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All garbage cans must be brought to where our driveway joins access road so trash service can easily access. Make sure lids are on tight and fastened w/ bunge cord as racoons love to get into trash.
Make sure heater is set to 59 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our family has enjoyed many a holiday at this special location. We have many fond memories of everything from summer boating to winter skiing. Enjoying this home for many family gatherings was truly a delight. I don't know that there was ever a time of year we did not thoroughly enjoy. Sadly, our children's schedules do not permit us to get back as much as we could when they were young and we now enjoy giving this place to other families to enjoy.

Lake Arrowhead provides a beautiful quiet mountain setting on a private lake. The home itself is located in an exclusive quiet cove which provides privacy while still being just a short walk to a fabulous grocery store, movie theaters and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

During the winter months you are just a 30 minute drive to the nearest ski resort. It's location is perfect because it is in a quiet private cove while only being a short walk to shops, movie and restaurants.
